License Agreement
1. Single-User License
1 License = 1 User = 1 Active Machine Your license is bound to your NinjaTrader Machine ID and valid on one device. One free hardware change per calendar year can be requested via support; extra moves may incur an administration fee.
2. Permitted Use
Personal trading use only. Redistribution, resale, lending or sharing of the indicator is strictly prohibited. Reverse-engineering or code modification is not allowed.
3. Perpetual License & Updates
The license grants lifetime use of the purchased version. Minor updates and bug-fixes are included; major version upgrades may require a new license.
4. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Change-of-mind refunds are not available once the download or activation has begun, provided that the customer expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that the 14-day right of withdrawal would be lost. This does not affect any statutory rights if the software is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the agreement. Please see our Return Policy for further details.
