Information collected through essential cookies or similar technologies required for website functionality and security. Payment-card information is processed directly by our payment provider. VertonEdge does not receive or store complete payment-card details.

Your name, email address and the required payment information are necessary to process and deliver an order.Providing a Machine ID is optional during checkout, but a valid Machine ID may be required later to activate and use the software. If you do not provide information that is necessary to fulfil an order or activate a license, we may be unable to provide the relevant product or service.

We may share personal data with trusted service providers where necessary to operate our website, process purchases, deliver software and provide support. These may include:
Webflow, for website hosting and website functionality.
Stripe, for payment processing and fraud prevention.
Zapier, for workflow and order-processing automation.
Google Firebase, for backend functionality, checkout processing and order or license administration.
Dropbox, where used to store or provide software downloads.

Support correspondence is normally retained for up to three years after the most recent communication, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary. Technical and security information is retained only for as long as needed for security, troubleshooting and fraud prevention, subject to the retention settings of the relevant service provider.Information processed on the basis of consent is retained until consent is withdrawn or the information is no longer required.We may retain information for longer where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
